The Essential Skill Inventories are the PK to Grade 3 competency frameworks developed by Bob Sornson and the Early Learning Foundation. Using this framework, teachers collect data on each student, allowing them to have a real time understanding of a student. With that data based understanding, teachers then design individual, small group, and center based instruction that meets the needs of their students.
